Outreach Ministries of Victory Baptist Church

One third of the Great Commission is to “preach the gospel to every creature”. Evangelization is a necessity for the local church.
— Ryan Guenther

World Missions

We believe that the command to give the gospel to the world is clear and unmistakable (Mt.28:19,20). It is the church’s clear responsibility to carry out this commission by sending forth those whom God has called.

Jail Ministry

Once a month, under the coordinating efforts of Gary Petrie, VBC preaches at the St. Louis Correctional Facility and the Dickerson County Jail.

Nursing Home Ministry

Like those in jail, many times, the elderly are forgotten in the Nursing Homes and long-term care facilities.  VBC currently has 3 main facilities that we minister in.

Street Ministry

From time to time, VBC will go directly to a downtown street corner to publicly preach and get out the gospel to passerby's and those who would not hear the gospel otherwise.

Meeting In The Park

Each Summer, VBC holds an afternoon service at the local Don Eply Park to mark an influence in the town of Hartland.

Memorial Day Parade

Each year, the Memorial Day Parade passes by our local church, thereby giving us a great opportunity every year to impact our town.

Soul-winning and Visitation

Every Biblical, local church must take part in connecting  with those who we meet and point them to Jesus Christ.

Civil Government

In accordance with the principles and examples in Scripture, VBC engages with the mission field of Civil Government in order to reach out to our representatives, pray for them and hold them accountable.
